Refund & Return Policy

We have a customer friendly 7 days return & 10 days exchange policy for Nation India:

Refunds will be issued only via Razorpay  links and no other medium.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order would not be cancelled once it is Shipped.
    Please log into your account and click on “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel.
  2. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at hello@reyzma.com mentioning your Order ID.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 
  3. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  4. Return request will not be accepted through any other social or offline medium like email, Facebook / Instagram, whatsapp chat or phone call.
  5. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no  refund would be made.
  6. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
  7. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat,Gujarat.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

Exchange Policy:

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note REYZMA will arrange for the pickup from your door step
  3. Exchange is not possible if product is out of stock, if size is not available and dress is tempered or used.
  4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
    product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  5.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of partial refund or coupon code as you wish 
  6. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.
  7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.

International Shipping

  1. We have NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY for international purchases.
  2. International Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of product/ products ordered, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be transaction fees charged .
  3. Once order is shipped cannot be cancelled.

–  International shipping charges vary from country to country

– Once the order is placed, it takes 7 to 15 working days to deliver after placing the order.

– These timelines may be affected due to holiday and unfortunately circumstances or rituals. If for any reason – any other charges like import duty or custom duty arise it has to be borne by the customer.

-If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.

– If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.-

Refunds / Returns Policy for India

Once your order is delivered, you will have 3 to 4 working days to return your dress on following conditions:

  1. If your dress is labelled as it is and packaging is in proper condition
  2. If your dress is in mint condition
  3. If return tag is locked in cloth label and cloth label is not tempered with
  4. Then you can raise a return or exchange (whichever is applicable) from the My orders section on our website. Kindly submit a form on My Orders – Support page with photos as requested to avoid disappointments.
  5. Delivery executive will pick up your item within 7 working days.
  6. In case of return, refund will be initiated to your source (or bank account in case of cash on delivery) within 5-7 working days after the item is picked up.
  7. In case of exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to your original address. (you may have to pay delivery charges).
  8. If you receive a different parcel from the Courier company, please take a video and immediately upload it in my order section. We will deal with the courier with immediate attention after you submit your request. We will try to fix the issue within 7 to 10 working days. Post that if the issue is not fixed a refund will then be generated.
  9. Please note on following conditions Returns & Refunds will not be accepted – If return tag is removed or broken

– If we found photos not up to mark

In above cases no refund will be executed and dress will be shipped back.

10. If we find a cloth label tempered and different material dress is sent to us, the parcel will be returned to the address and no refund will be executed. This will also incur a fine of Rs.1000 and may lead to banning your account from further purchases.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

WHAT IS THE REFUND TIMEFRAME?
It usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place after a successful product inspection which takes about 2 days. It takes another 7 days to initiate a refund.

CAN I CHANGE THE MODE OF PAYMENT FOR MY REFUND?

The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

What is the duration within which returns are accepted?

WHAT IS THE METHOD OF REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY IN CASE THE ORDER IS LOST OR UNDELIVERED?
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SHIPPING/COD CHARGE IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN A DELIVERED ORDER?
If you return an order delivered to you, shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it


HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED FOR DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARD TRANSFERS? 

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.  Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.  In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.

At Reyzma, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Vinay website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At Reyzma, we offer a 7-day refund policy, providing you with the option to return items purchased from our website within 7 days of delivery.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please mail us at hello@reyzma.com

1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max – Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
